Lauren Olivia Dodds is a 23-year old New York-based performer & creator for the stage & screen. Though she’s spent the last four years studying Musical Theatre & Marketing in Boston, she is a Texas Girl at heart. She likes to think she’s the perfect mix of Boston grit with a sweet southern charm... but that's for you to decide!
Besides her namesakes being actresses Lauren Bacall and Olivia de Havilland, she has always loved performing. However, it wasn't until playing Jojo in Seussical Jr. at the ripe age of nine that she was fully hooked.
When not onstage, you can find her listening to Remi Wolf on repeat, watching reruns of Community and/or RuPaul's Drag Race, putting together a funky thrifted outfit or playing Dungeons & Dragons with her goofball friends. She also runs a successful side hustle as a website designer for fellow actors and creatives!
Having just graduated from Emerson with a BFA in Musical Theatre and a minor
in marketing, she is so excited to see what the next chapter of life holds.
