Then & Now
I was fortunate enough to begin my training journey at The Humphrey's Academy at Theatre Under The Stars (TUTS). Through TUTS I made my professional debut in Annie as a swing at age 11 and garnered several regional credits before high school. To this day, I credit my time at TUTS for my work ethic, dedication & professionalism, both on and offstage.
Though I'm originally from the suburbs of Houston, I've always known that I belong in the city. For the past four years I've been honing my skills as a BFA Musical Theatre Major at Emerson College in the heart of Downtown Boston, graduating summa cum laude.
In high school I continued to perform, but found other interests as well... this was when I began to explore direction, design & playwriting. Before leaving high school I became a published playwright, directed my first play and further explored these interests through my college extra-curriculars.
My dream is to be able to share this knowledge with other actors, so that we can use the digital world to its full capability in sharing our charisma, uniqueness, nerve and talent with the world.
I also picked up a minor in Marketing Communications with concentration in Social and Digital Media. One of my philosophies in this industry is that you have to take charge of your own brand, because no one can "market you" better than you! I love curating my aesthetic across all platforms, such as my wardrobe, my Instagram, and even this website.
